Hi,
We all do many mistakes in life. We cheat, we hurt but do we have the courage to confess? Can you come forward and confess what you did in the past for which you still repent? Let me start with one incident of mine.

When I was in my tenth standard, in one of the wintry nights, I was returning to my home. On that night, street lights were not turned on and visibility was pure. Suddenly I saw, a shadowy figure was roaming near the window pane of one of my neighbors. I was so afraid that I ran away from the place and could not reveal the incident to my uncle with whom I lived. The next day, I heard that some valuables got stolen from the house. I was really repenting. If I revealed it, perhaps they could have saved their valuables. I am still bearing the pain.

Confessing is hard but not impossible. Kanquona, your confession has not been very impressive atleast to me. It only seems like another incident you narrated. Somehow dont see the punch in it.

@Krishnan

Why you think a confession should always have the punch or something mystic? I know what I wrote might have happened to many persons, but do you think everybody's life (at least common people) are full of masalas?

If I don't have the punch why don't you confess something to get the kick?
Please don't take it at you (pun not intended).
Have a great day :-)

Well Well I got something really nasty to confess about.

I am a born last bencher and always had this habit of talking aloud and making nasty comments. Teachers were my favorite topic. In 10th standard my class teacher shifted me to the first bench as a sort of punishment for being over talkative. But I just couldn't leave the habit of commenting.

It so happened that my maths teacher had a really weird style of walking and lady-like gestures, and after
a hour long combined period of maths I couldn't restrain myself from saying aloud, "What a gay!"

I'm Really Really Sorry!!!
For insulting the gay community, they are humans.......

By the way, he never forgot to almost fail me in maths from that day onwards. But I don't blame him. Reality comes as a shock to most of us, someday he would have the guts to accept it in public. Till then I would keep collecting funds for him for a trip to USA, they know their rights better there.

Daitri's confession reminded me of this one... It so happened that at a modellng contest the choreographer(Mr) gave me romantic hints. I fanned his feelings delibrately to see how far he would go cos it was my first experience of this kind.
He finally asked me out after everything got over. A public place for a cup of coffee. He never told me on my face what he wanted but he kept on giving me hints, stronger this time.. Can't even write them here for public veiwing. But honestly it was fun! I mean then I understood what is the feeling that a woman gets when she is asked out, someone else trying his best to impress you, paying the bills, dropping you back!! After some meetings I realized that he wanted to take it to next level. He invited me to his place for drinks. And I did exactly what a not interested girl would do.. I ignored him, his texts till he stopped bothering me.
Bad from my side... but I was curious!!

Well Kanquona, I feel you need not be guilty of what u did on that wintry night. You didn't have the fainiest idea that it could be a thief and when you were a child, people would not have expected you to show courage or presence of mind. Yes, people carry their guilt with them and never feel like confessing them. It is a common trait which cannot be got rid of so easily; only better sense might bring abt a change. So until relax and have a nice day

Hmm..Konquana....I guess B stands for Banerjee....but in that incident how come you had no Energee..? I agree with you that it needs a lot of guts to come out clean in a confession. But we Christians (Catholics) generally make confession of their sins almost on every pinch of conscience....even Big-B..Mr.Bachchan has done heart to heart talk with God in many movies and mostly God would listen to him patiently. And Daitri please don't make such an open Statement in public forum....next you know there would be a line of our tmb regulars lining up for the U.S.fund to have a gay time in U.S. at whose cost...?Thinking back in time I too got into a mess with our supervisor in our school in Baroda and I was a class-8th student then...Maths was never my favourite subject and this supervisor was a very strict character and even the 12th graders used to fear him.The algebra equations he was doing on board was long drawn and I was getting bored...I was doing some tongue work inside the mouth when suddenly a loud " Tok "sound emerged....the class was very quiet and our supervisor went on writing and for a moment I thought that perhaps he had not heard it...I was actually praying he didnt. But hear he did and after he had written down the formula he turned to look at my desk-mate (he was a gujarati boy and inspite of a polio affliction in right leg due to which he would almost hobble like a horse...we used to call him: Ghoda-gadi)..and our Sir told him..Stand up now you Boy...one sideways glance at his pale hurt face....crushed me....I slowly got up and the surprise was clearly writ large on the supervisors face....he asked me if I had made that sound and I could just mumble a Sorry....he called me to the head of the class and I got 10 good hits on my palm with his wooden scale which actually broke off when one bad shot landed flat instead of angled...and then the interrogation began....I was caught on a wrong foot there. Part_I ....Continued...

Part-2:- Well both my elder brother and sister were studying in the same school and were bright students and well recognized. The supervisor asked me if I had some other sibling studying in the school and I couldn't lie...the moment I told him my sister's name his eyebrows went up...then when I mentioned my brother's name...his jaw opened in surprise...I could almost see his evil tongue..he croaked...you are the brother of John and Elizabeth...they are intelligent students and you are a mischief monger....just then..I was saved by the Recess Bell...else he would have made me bring my brother or sister and lodged a complaint with them about my conduct....that day onwards I was careful for next two years after which I quit that school...I attained my Independence the day I left that school...but I must confess...that the beatings in the school...the jibes...the insults...were all meant to make us stronger...which I now am....inspite of any difficulties...we now have the confidence to come out of it...I could say I was Blessed to have such Cheaters...I mean Teachers...Jai Hind..
