What about Kailash Parbat on Colaba causeway.
Haven't been to the one in Andheri, but should be just as good.

Aah Paani Puri,
Just as Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder. The Best Paani Puri is in the Tastebuds of the Taster..
There are so many, Kailash parbat and Elco are really amazing. I would go for any of those roadside ones. The ones where u know the waters not **Bisleri** standards and u know the Ragda will have at least a few flies..
I LOVE THOSE PLACES!

arre i think the best one is M M ke pani puri(lazedar zyakedar M M ke pani puri) you wil hear dis jingle on the loudspk if you are newher in the radar of 2km in malad station.....i think mm is the best ....but i like elco too....
and now i m confused.....
