I discovered this place quite late, hidden as it is from the main road. Yet it is still quite strategically located close to the Netaji Place Metro Station. Once you get there, its sunshine. Underground parking, good security and no rush are its key positive features.Added to that is its location within the North Square Mall. I have yet to check out the rest of the mall, but it seems quite promising as far as the question of killing a few hours goes.
So the seats are good, the sound is good and the screen is good. The only glitch seems to be availlability of choice. Apparently, as in most places in Delhi, this one too suffers from a dearth of English movie screenings. Other than that, Fun Cinema is a nice place with plush interiors.
Ah, the bathrooms. I have to mention this because, well they deserve mention. I dont know if its the lack of people or the superior service, but the whole place is quite inviting. Perhaps it is as yet undiscovered. Besides, the theatre offers a whole lot of other features like 'Gift-a-movie, upaid bookings online,paid bookings online and Membership cards that entitle you to freebies like popcorn based on schemes at the time. Fun ahoy!
