Worst Service Ever!
The Marrybrown at Luz Church Road is the worst outlet which I have come across. The service simply is below the standards. I got better service at the roadside outlets rather than this swanky place. The interiors look good with the kids play area being the highlight but when it came to food, it was not just that great.
We ordered the ‘Just for two’ meals and the French fries arrived first on our tables. The French fries were so salty! A little could have been bearable but it was way too much! What’s worse, we had to complain twice to get our fries changed.
The paneer wrap was a disaster (the one at the Ispahani Centre is much better) which dripped no end. At least the burgers were good! That was perhaps the only saving grace of this outlet. Marrybrown’s outlet at Luz Church Road is one place which I would never want to visit.
