Blue Terra Spa, Supermart-I, Gurgaon: Amazingly relaxing
Being a spa regular I was excited to find a contemporary spa in Supermart-I, DLF IV, Gurgaon, very close to Ridgewood, where I stay. What I really like about Blue Terra is that they offer both Ayurvedic therapies like Abhyangam and Shirodhara as well as international therapies like Aromatherapy, Balinese, Hot Stone massages etc.
I was quite impressed by the ambience and the therapist. Front desk was quite polite and cheerful. All my aches were gone and I actually snoozed off during the massage! Having steam and shower within the room is quite convenient and makes the entire experience quite relaxing as well as private. After the treatment I was served Green Tea with almonds and honey, which was very refreshing.
These guys know their stuff well. Highly recommended if you are physically or mentally tired. Its not even exhorbitantly priced like some other closeby spas like VLCC etc. I was quite happy to pay around 1200 bucks for an Abhyangam treatment that took almost 75 mins and completely rejuventated me! Great place.
