Spicy and Tasty
I was tied up at work and missed my regular lunch hour. Regular lunch hour would mean I and our colleague(s) going to a mess or something like it. I finished my work and got out in hunt for food. It was a fantastic afternoon, partly cloudy, white and gray clouds on the backdrop of a bright blue sky - enough for a nature lover to go lost in admiration.
It was too late for the regular mess, and I was wondering where to go. I went to the Panjagutta Circle, where there were quite a few options at and in walkable distance of the Circle. I had decided I would try the red 'n yellow Yo China, and entered the restaurant. It had a lovely interior; if you walked you would feel like you were skating. I took a table and a waiter handed me a menu.
So far so good, but I was now faced with the toughest job. The Order. I wanted a non-veg item under Rs. 100. After weighing various options I ordered a Chilli Garlic Chicken Fried Rice on the waiter’s advice. I was hungry as hell. I was waiting patiently, counting seconds, ready to attack as soon as the rice appeared. It finally appeared after a not-so-long time. I still waited as the waiter served the rice in my plate.
I took a deep breath and put a spoon of rice in my mouth and I was like ‘WaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhW!!!’
I don't remember having such a tasty fried rice before.
