Nirvana at Moksh!
Moksh is a fine dining restaurant recently opened on the necklace road. The location of this restaurant is just apt for the city of Hyderabad. Overlooking the Husain sagar lake, it is a treat to watch the calm waters and mirroring lights while having a relaxing dinner.
Moksh is brought to you by the Biligiri group, the same group which brings to us Utsav - The ode to food! And for all those who have been to Utsav, Moksh will live quite well to your expectations.
The Ambience is just great on the outside. With a fountain, small garden with great evening lighting and some marble and rock seating arrangements. Looks like a small extension of Durgam Cheruvu :) Inside is sleek, modern and with sufficient lighting. Not to glaring and not dull either. A good mix of orange and blue lighting that seems to be the order of the day at new restaurants. Over all good ambience. You can dine with family or friends equally comfortably.
On the menu you have Andhra Specialities, North Indian and Chinese food. The Dal Maska - a version of the original Dal Makhani and Kulchas were a smashing hit with us. The Veg Sticks in the starters is something I would recommend every one. Unlike Utsav, MOKSH serves both Veg and Non-Veg. The drinks menu is standard. If you are a mocktail lover, do try the bay breeze!
Prices at MOKSH are on par with most other fine dining outlets in the city. For a few drinks and good meal it could cost around 600-1000 Rupees per head.
Give it a shot. Take a ride on necklace road. End up at Moksh. And give your tummy a nirvana!
