Chinese Noodles and Indian Naan...!!
Zafraan and Shanghai Dice bring eclectic flavours and a spread spanning from North West Frontier to Far East.
Zafraan has an entrance on the opposite of Shanghai Dice, but these restaurants remain connected on the inside. Zafraan is under renovation now, but customers are not allowed to miss the stuff in there, for all the food items are available at Shanghai Dice!!!
CONTEMPORARY CHINESE and ethnic Indian restaurant blended with a bar in the centre, is how the setup can be described. Zafraan is a North Indian restaurant, predominantly featuring cuisine from North West Frontier, Punjab, Kashmir and Lucknow. As for Shanghai Dice, the cuisine is more of a Chinese fare.
Fusion glass pillars of the bar in jade tones mark the beginning of Shanghai Dice - a territory of familiar silk upholstery, porcelain figurines and the auspicious bamboo.
The most attractive aspect of this restaurant is the lunch buffet provided. I'm not sure if this is there on the weekends and the rates then, but then, on weekdays you have a gamut of dishes ranging from non-veg (includes almost all of them..chicken,mutton,shrimp etc..) to veg. The rate as of now is Rs.185 inclusive of all taxes.
This would be a great place to dine if relaxing and spending time over food is your motive for the ambience and the surroundings add to the appetite and slack you up!!!
