USELESS AFTER SALE SERVICE BY HOME TOWN
I have a very bad experience of Home town. I bought a Kitchen chimney, Bajaj make, with a clear explaination to sales executive about the installation method. I was told Bajaj technician will come and install as I explained and charge Rs. 375/- plus the cost of exaust pipe. Bajaj technician refused to make arrangements for exhaust pipe and said that I will have to get it done and than only he will simply fix the unt. I took up the matter with Sales executive of Home town Mr. Feroze and Concerned department Manager Mr. Majid and asked to fulfil the commitment, but both of them refused. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY ITEM FROM HOME TOWN TO AVOID SIMILAR EXPERIENCE.
