Runway is located about 20 Kms from the city on the Medchal Road, about 1 km before Dhola-re-dhani. Its a cool spot for having some fun with friends. Runway has a nice karting track, Archery, Shooting, Rock Climbing, Roller Skating, Pool Parlour, Laser Combat game, Table Tennis and restaurant. Entry ticket is Rs 20 per person. Timings are 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday) and Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM).
The best & popular choice here is KARTING. There are number of Karts and good safety precautions in terms of wearing a jacket, helmet and having tyres around the tyres to prevent collision when hit. The Kart Race is very good and there are people available there to help you out whenever you hit the tyres. There is no prior driving/riding experience required for getting into the race. For the beginners, it takes a lap to get accustomed to the Kart, track path and get into the attack. The Kart is much different from an actual vehicle and can be turned easily at steep angles without getting hurt. Do it once and you want to do it again & again.
Pricing is definitely on the expensive side. 4 Laps cost you 150 bucks. Look out for combo deals on weekdays. These deals are not available on weekends. For all those IT people going there, they accept all credit cards and can pay using this. Weekdays are the best days to go there when there are less people. Sunday is totally crowded with people having to wait for an hr or 2 to do Karting.
