I am a sea- food fanatic.... i love fish. So this review might be biased... no just kidding. Apoorva is one of the best sea- food restaurants in the city. Once you enter, the ambience doesnt floor you, but do yourself a favour- go on top to the air conditioned section. I had gone in the afternoon and if you do dat make sure you order a mug of beer.
Now the food..... yummmmm..... order a lobster if you like( i mean nothing to beat that in sea- food, right?) and if you cant afford that, then try the crab curry and rice( neer dosa, if you wanna be different). Dont be afraid to use your hands trying to crack open the crabs. They provide crackers but then we're Indians so we're not expexted to know how to use them( at least i didnt). Tie the napkin around your neck, dont be a fool and leave it on your lap.
And the most important dish you have to order is the squid( i think its called squid suka masala). It is simply delicious. You will simply gobble it up.
The service is extremely good, polite and friendly. Its not 'veeeerrrryyy' expensive; typically priced for a sea- food restaurant. Its worth every penny you spend. Everything on the menu is worth a try. Just go there and eat like its the last time you're gonna....
