Sony's pride.
These people are the BOMB!! And I almost NEVER use that phrase.
The store itself is so impressive, that you'll want to go in - not being a Sony fan doesnt stop you (I am, but dont worry, I'm quite unbiased!). So the huuge Sony sign draws you attentioin to it and yuo climb up an into the store. And are filled with awe.
Dont worry though , its arranged to make you feel that way. HD Sony Bravia tvs have their own special space on the wall and a whole section is dedicated to them. Move over further and all the other flats are arranged in order of facility and price (so you wont have to bring your memory along). If its PSs and Cybershots you're interested in, thats a whole other section that a person will help you out with. Its all about organisation.
What I love about this place is the intense proffessionalism. They'll offer you water, will inform you, answer queries, lend you a DVD to check the TV and even compromise on the price (if you're good at bargaining that is). Then once your choice is made, they'll give you the product number (unique to every sony product) and deliver it home for free.
Then about a week after, they'll send over a Sony Demo person and he'll check that everything is intact and that the company's name isnt being sullied (yes, I like the word) and then give the dealer a clean chit.
