A unique dance which they call Rhythmic Fitness Dance is a dance designed keeping in mind seven princeples Discipline, Grace, Balance, Flexibility, Power, Concentration and Relaxation. It is a combination of Thai-chi, Yogasan, Acrobatics, Martial Arts and Dance. And many people have got amazing benefits through this session.
